First some more info on the Trafic
The Trafic is a small panel van with loads of options and some smart extras.
The Trafic has a load-through compartment in the bulkhead for sliding in pipes and beams. This gives you 3750 - 4150mm of loading space instead of 2537 - 2937mm. To accommodate your lengthy cargo the passenger seat can be lifted, and you simply slide in the beams into the passenger footwell.
It also comes with 16 lashing points for the short wheelbase and 18 lashing points for the medium wheelbase versions.
Renault brands the wheelbase length as S for short wheelbase (L1) and L for medium wheelbase (L2).
Even the S model can fit three Euro pallets easily.
The Trafic also marketed as the Fiat Talento, the Nissan NV300, and, until 2018 as the Opel Vivaro.

Can you stand up in a Renault Trafic?
Standing up in an empty van
The interior roof height of a Renault Trafic is
1387mm (H1) - 1898mm (H2) .
If you are of medium height (178cm or 5"10') you
can't stand up in a Renault Trafic H1.
But you can stand up in a Renault Trafic H2 and up.
What happens if I insulate the van?
Are you planning on insulating and cladding the floor and roof? In that case you can't stand up fully in a Trafic H1. But you would still be able to stand up in a H2 model and up.
What's a Trafic high top?
Renault provides their Trafics with both high and low tops. High tops are elevated roofs to provide more headroom. Generally, everything above H2 is considered a high top, and should offer sufficient space to stand up fully.
