First some more info on the Talento

The Talento is a small panel van that's very similar to the Renault Trafic. It's made by Renault in Sandouville, France. This means it has the same internal dimensions. The only thing different from the Trafic is the front design and the engine. Fiat offers the Talento with its own MultiJet and EcoJet engines.

Fiat brands the short wheelbase length as S (or L1) and the medium wheelbase as L (or L2).
Even the short wheelbase model can hold up to three Euro pallets effortlessly.

The base of the Talento, the Renault Trafic, is also marketed as the Nissan NV300, and, up until 2018 as the Opel Vivaro.

Can you stand up in a Fiat Talento?

Standing up in an empty van

The interior roof height of a Fiat Talento is 1387mm (H1) - 1898mm (H2) .
If you are of medium height (178cm or 5"10') you can't stand up in a Fiat Talento H1. But you can stand up in a Fiat Talento H2 and up.

What happens if I insulate the van?

Are you planning on insulating and cladding the floor and roof? In that case you can't stand up fully in a Talento H1. But you would still be able to stand up in a H2 model and up.

What's a Talento high top?

Fiat provides their Talentos with both high and low tops. High tops are elevated roofs to provide more headroom. Generally, everything above H2 is considered a high top, and should offer sufficient space to stand up fully.
